Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 1 year Walmart Logistics/Transportation experience required.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a logistics setting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards in transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
• Train associates on logistics and company policies; monitor compliance.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers; make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring and coaching.
• Ensure equipment availability for scheduled maintenance; coordinate with shops.
