Job summary

Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our day-shift care team in Clarksville, Tennessee. You will oversee daily activities of CNAs, participate in admissions, discharges and transfers, and assess residents while administering medications per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Patient-centered care with ability to supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

LPN or RN Position Summary

As a Nurse at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.

• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.

• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.

• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
