Job summary

Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking a compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team. You will oversee nursing staff on weekends, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.

You will inform physicians of changes in resident conditions, communicate with patients and families, and protect confidentiality of protected health information while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unrestricted RN license for Tennessee.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience supervising CNAs and nursing staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff on the unit.
• Inform physicians of changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.

RN Weekend Supervisor Position Summary

As a RN Weekend Supervisor at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

RN Weekend Supervisor Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
