Rosauers Supermarkets Inc is seeking a Front End Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in the front end department and support a high standard of customer service. You will guide, motivate, and train team members to ensure efficient checkout experiences and attractive displays.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting store objectives in a community-focused grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 25 pounds.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role.
• Passion for our community and connecting with people.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

This position is eligible for a semi-annual bonus from 0 - 10% of base wages considering company performance and position goals met.

Note: Benefit eligibility may vary based on role, length of service, store location, hours worked, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
