Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee daily operations and supervise the front end team. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and help locate items while promoting an outstanding shopping experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff, with a focus on delivering excellent service and achieving store objectives. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Washington state.

This position is eligible for a semi‑annual bonus from 0 – 10% of base wages considering company performance and position goals met.

Note: Benefit eligibility may vary based on role, length of service, store location, hours worked, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
• Complete a pre‑employment background check.
• Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 25 pounds.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role.
• Passion for our community and connecting with people.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
