Job summary

Stout NYC Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to help oversee Amity Hall and our NYC bars/restaurants. You will lead front-of-house operations, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate service and staffing, and uphold safety standards across the venue.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in restaurant management within fast-paced environments.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Floor Manager to help oversee the restaurant.

• Ensure restaurant and bar is in complete compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
• Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Is knowledgeable on all DOH requirements pertaining to establishment.
