The Floor Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing service operations. This key team member actively engages and coaches their hourly teams, leading by example to inspire their restaurant team.
The Floor Manager must have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of their business, managing daily operations, collaborating with peers, and supporting the AGM. They are responsible for developing talent through training, setting high standards for service, and mentoring new team members.
