Job Overview:

The Floor Manager will work four days a week, overseeing daily bar floor operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient service, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of cocktail culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and upholding high service standards.
2. Staff Management: Supervise and train bartenders and servers, ensuring adherence to service protocols and cocktail standards.
3. Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
4. Shift Coordination: Manage daily shift operations, staff schedules, workflow, and coverage during peak hours.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor beverage and service quality, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly.
6. Sales and Promotions: Collaborate on promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and responsible alcohol service.
