Position Summary

The Floor Manager ensures a high-quality service experience, leading the floor team to maintain service standards, cleanliness, and ambiance. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to handle operational tasks such as menu updates, inventory, staff training, and performance management. The Floor Manager fosters a positive, non-competitive environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - because the best experiences happen anytime.
  • Food Handler Certification and a solid grasp of Department of Health regulations (preferred but not required).
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise.
