Kei Concepts is hiring a Floor Manager for Vox Kitchen in the Huntington Beach/Aliso Viejo area. This full-time, non-exempt role requires restaurant management experience and leadership to supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or operations experience.
• Food Handler Card (training hours provided if needed)
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (if required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive, and professional service.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations to meet sales, service, and cleanliness goals.
• Assist with staff training and development in accordance with company policies.
• Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Step in as needed to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team.
• Ensure all products are received accurately and in proper condition.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working condition.
• Support employee performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay Range: $26-$28/hour (depending on experience)

Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)

Experience Required: Previous restaurant management experience required

Salary Range: $26.00 To $28.00 Hourly
