Job summary

Socket.dev in Denver, CO seeks an experienced hospitality leader to supervise the guest-facing team in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting. You will oversee scheduling, service standards, and guest recovery while ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality or guest service leadership.
• Proven track record managing a fast-paced service with hospitality standards.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management and daily oversight.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Experience handling guest recovery and professional conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with Toast POS, Teamwork payroll and scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Description

Salary Range: $29.00-$32.00 per hour ( 32- 40 hours a week)

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment


• Proven ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining hospitality standards


• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational oversight


• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations


• Experience handling guest recovery and conflict resolution professionally


• Familiarity with Toast POS system, Teamwork payroll system and scheduling platform, and communication tools


• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures consistently
