Ozark Care & Rehab is hiring a Floor Maintenance Tech to keep patient areas clean and safe. You will be responsible for floors, carpets, furniture arrangement, and related tasks to support a high-quality senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Maintain a working email and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with staff, families and customers.
• Must be able to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use computer/phone for extended periods.
• Exposure to blood, body fluids, or chemicals may occur.
• Moderate noise level in work environment.
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Mop, wax, strip, and buffer floors.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
