We are currently recruiting for multiple Floor Maintenance Assistants at Central Regional Hospital. This is skilled work in the care and maintenance of floors. Employees clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces, requiring knowledge of established floor finishing techniques and proper use of chemical cleaning agents. Work is performed under close supervision and reviewed for quality and efficiency. Positions are available for first, second, and third shifts. These are full-time roles eligible for the full State benefits package. Positions are considered MANDATORY during adverse weather events, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.

As of January 1, 2025, the salary range will be $28,194 - $49,340.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, understand and communicate effectively in English, and lift at least 50 lbs. Education and/or experience in floor maintenance equivalent to one year in a commercial or institutional setting is required. Additional qualifications include the ability to follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
