Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Floor Equipment Operator to keep facilities clean, safe, and compliant with government contracts. You will operate floor care machines, perform routine cleaning, and support the team in delivering quality work.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of floor care experience. A valid REAL ID and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience operating floor care machines.
• Must pass a background check and hold a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain floors and common areas including corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies and other assigned spaces.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies and polish fixtures.
• Follow all safety standards, company policies and contract requirements.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.
• Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.

$250.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Paid in increments of $125.00 (30 days and 90 days)

What You Will Do

Requirements

You bring experience operating floor care equipment and performing custodial duties while following safety standards, procedures, and contract requirements. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete quality work while maintaining clean and well-maintained facilities.

• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products, includingknowledge of the different types of floor machines, safe operation, care, and upkeep.
