Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Floor Equipment Operator to operate floor care machines and maintain clean, safe facilities under government contracts. The role requires adherence to safety standards, ability to work with a team, and completion of required Didlake training.
You will perform cleaning tasks across floors and common areas, report maintenance issues, and participate in ongoing custodial duties while supporting the organization's mission.
$250.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Paid in increments of $125.00 (30 days and 90 days)

The Floor Equipment Operator ensures clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities under government contracts by operating floor care equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting Didlake’s mission through quality work and teamwork.
You bring experience operating floor care equipment and performing custodial duties while following safety standards, procedures, and contract requirements. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete quality work while maintaining clean and well-maintained facilities.
