Job summary

American Bath Group is seeking a Production Supervisor at its Salem, Ohio facility to lead a frontline manufacturing team on the floor. You will set daily expectations, monitor progress, and ensure priorities move through to completion with accountability for output, attendance and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, quick problem-solving, and strong coordination with maintenance, quality, and support functions to maintain schedule reliability and disrupt-free operations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven floor presence and real-time production leadership.
• Experience managing labor deployment, daily priorities, and shift execution.
• Ownership of attendance, behavior, or performance matters through resolution.
• Ability to work onsite in Salem, Ohio on the required day-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned production area on the floor with clear daily expectations.
• Translate priorities into actionable direction for the team and monitor shift performance.
• Intervene when output, attendance, quality, safety, or behavior fall below expectations.
• Close the loop on assigned work: set deadlines, communicate progress, escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, tooling, supply chain and other plant functions to stabilize execution.
