Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a proactive Floor Leader to oversee daily store operations and mentor a team in delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage opening/closing tasks, support sales goals, and maintain the premium Skechers shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Sales-driven with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and guidance within Skechers store.
• Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor and lead team members in entry-level retail tasks and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Coordinate with store management on inventory and operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
