Job summary

Wilbert Precast, Inc. in Spokane, WA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager / Floor Manager to lead the production team on the shop floor, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing of precast concrete products.

You will supervise production personnel, coordinate workflows, monitor quality and safety, and partner with supervisors and maintenance to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage changing production demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of precast concrete products.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Monitor workflow, production output, and plant performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain productivity.
• Support the Production Manager in planning and executing production schedules.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve performance, quality, and safety objectives.
