Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking an Assistant Grade Manager in Midlothian, TX to lead on-floor grading, ensure production flow and safety, and support inventory accuracy. The role acts as a hands-on lead between grading and leadership, guiding team members and maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire grading or industrial operations preferred.
• Prior lead or informal leadership on a production/yard floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Oversee rough and final tire grading to support daily production.
• Coordinate daily grading activities to meet schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with safety practices.
• Lead on-the-floor team guidance and onboarding.
