Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Rough Grader to inspect and grade tires before final grading. You will determine tire grade and sort by category, ensuring quality standards are met in all weather conditions.

The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform inventory tracking of tire grades. Training is provided to properly identify tire life and grade criteria.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy and speed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Be dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from trucks.
• Stack tires on the dock.
• Determine the grade of a used tire.
• Separate graded tires and track inventory.
• Clean the plant area.
• Other duties as assigned.
