Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Abilene, TX is seeking a Rough Grader to inspect and grade used tires and sort by grade for inventory purposes. This full-time, on-site role requires physical stamina and attention to detail in all weather conditions.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 pounds, pass background and drug screening, and be at least 18 years old. Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus; benefits include 401(k), health and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate inspection speed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Dependable with reliable transportation and no prohibitive restrictions.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from trucks.
• Determine the grade of a used tire.
• Sort graded tires and track inventory.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
