Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time Key Lead at SanTan Village to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the sales floor.

The role supports opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual display execution while upholding brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
