Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience on the Scottsdale floor.

You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and drive daily sales. You'll perform opening/closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, build compelling displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand and its values while delivering outstanding customer service, especially on weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
