• Participate in hands-on inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Ensure adherence to procedures for inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Train and mentor floor crew members to foster a productive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and showroom presentation.

This role ensures the smooth handling and placement of merchandise throughout the showroom while managing all shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate has experience in material handling, team leadership, and inventory control, preferably in a retail furniture environment. A strong customer service focus ensures a positive customer experience and a well-maintained showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the floor crew team to ensure efficient merchandise handling and showroom organization.
• Oversee all receiving and shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update inventory control systems (NetSuite preferred) for the entire location.
• Actively participate in hands‑on inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
