What You’ll Do: As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

1. Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
2. Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
3. Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing.
4. Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.

ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to hire 2 Full Time Project Crew Technicians to join our SMPBM Team! We are a family oriented and locally owned small business in Lincoln, NE.

Project Crew is a specialty crew that primarily specializes in Floor Maintenance and Restoration. Common tasks include stripping and waxing floors, extracting carpets, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment, as well as completing general housekeeping tasks as needed.

The starting pay for this position is $15.00/hr.

Project Crew will report to our office located at 2626 O Street daily, get nightly assignments, load up work vans with supplies needed for the night, and travel between facilities as assigned.

Must have seven day availability (will have days off) and an open schedule. Typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00pm-3:00am, however hours may vary depending on the project, including some possible daytime and weekend work on occasion.

Versatile general labor experience is a plus but NO experience is required for this position. We offer on-the-job training, and work on developing employees' skills. Project Crew Requirements:

1. Ideal candidate skills flexibility, attentive to detail, organized, and a self-starter.
2. Be able to pass multiple criminal background screens for various customers (no theft charges or felonies preferred).
3. Use of a smartphone with data and internet access is needed for training and clocking in.
4. Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
5. Have a valid driver's license (preferred) with the ability to drive company vehicles.
6. Open availability for Emergency, Weekend, and/or Daytime Projects as needed.
