Qualifications

• Capacité à rester debout, marcher et soulever jusqu'à 55 lbs.
• Expérience en tant que technicien de sol est un plus mais non nécessaire.
• Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite exigés.

Responsibilities

• Entretien quotidien des sols, y compris balayage et nettoyage.
• Maintenance des tapis et nettoyage après construction.
• Support d'équipe, gestion des fournitures et meubles.

What You’ll Do:
As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies
• Pre and post construction cleaning
• Janitorial office/medical cleaning
• Must be able to work with aerial lifts - not afraid of heights
• Monday thru Friday from 4:30pm to 12:30am (sometimes longer)
• At times, overtime is mandatory
• On call - every other weekend

Your work will make a tangible difference, and we’ll provide the training to ensure you master every aspect of floor care, from operating equipment to identifying different flooring types.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
• A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be able to be on all every other weekend
• Must be able to understand the English language
• Must be able to drive a company car
