Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Floor Care Facility Manager to lead floor care, upholstery cleaning, and janitorial coverage across multiple banking facilities in the area. You will coordinate a team of floor care technicians and external vendors, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards are met while driving consistent service across the portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial floor care, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial Floor Care.
• 3+ years leading Floor Care crews.
• Customer service experience or abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor care, upholstery cleaning, and janitorial coverage across multiple facilities.
• Develop and manage site budgets.
• Host daily safety standups to review activities and safety topics.
• Complete assigned inspections for floor care and related tasks.
• Coordinate and drive vendor activities to ensure consistency across portfolio.
• Assess work against safety and performance standards; drive corrective actions.
