Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial worker to keep facilities neat and clean across multiple sites. The role covers sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing walls, windows, and restrooms while handling waste and restocking supplies.

You will follow safety guidelines, attend training, and coordinate with site managers to meet client expectations. The position requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial duties and responsibilities.
• Must have good listening and verbal communication skills.
• Some positions require the ability to speak/understand English.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and polishes floors using industrial equipment.
• Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, blinds and light fixtures.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize toilets, basins and urinals; replenish dispensers.
• Empty waste baskets, replace liners, and wipe surfaces in lunchrooms and break areas.
• Dusts, cleans and polishes office furniture and fixtures; ensure general site cleanliness.
• Move boxes and furniture as needed to access areas; report safety hazards and maintain inventory of supplies.
