Job summary

ServiceSource Inc is seeking a Lead Floor Care Specialist to oversee floor maintenance, perform minor upkeep, and ensure health and safety standards are met. The role focuses on hands-on daily duties with supervision from the Floor Care Supervisor.

The candidate should have 1 year in janitorial and floor care, pass a DOJ security clearance, and possess a high school diploma or GED. Excellent organization and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year janitorial experience required.
• 1 year floor care experience required.
• Must pass and maintain DOJ Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct floor cleaning and care duties as directed by Floor Care Supervisor.
• Prepare, setup and safely coordinate floor care activities to minimize foot traffic disruption.
• Operate floor care machinery (burnishers, scrubbers, polishers, shampooers) as needed to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate work schedules and maintain records of completed work.
• Open/close facilities and ensure security of designated locations.
