Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician to uphold high cleanliness standards across client sites in Florida. You will operate floor-care equipment, perform stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing to keep floors safe and presentable.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning; following safety protocols; and maintaining equipment. This full-time role offers a 30-hour weekend schedule and a benefits package including health, retirement options,

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with floor‑care equipment and floor‑maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of stripping and waxing processes.
• Hardworking, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and related preparation processes.
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
