Qualifications

• Experience in floor care, housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred.
• Experience operating floor buffers, scrubbers, polishers, and related equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain flooring in resident and common areas using sweeps, mops, scrubbing, buffing, and polishing.
• Safely operate and maintain floor-care equipment including buffers and scrubbers.
• Follow proper cleaning chemical handling, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to spills to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance or restocking needs.
• Collaborate with Environmental Services and other departments.
• Maintain high cleanliness while respecting residents and their living environment.
