Job summary

Northwest Success, a division of The DPI Group, is hiring a full-time floor care technician to support our Beaverton Hillsboro area team. You will strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces and operate high speed floor burnishers, rotary scrubbers and carpet cleaning equipment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 pm to 1:30 am. Weekly pay, direct deposit, medical and dental coverage, and personal time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Carpet cleaning experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• Floor care experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and hands-on equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces.
• Operate high speed floor burnishers and rotary scrubbers.
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment and hot water extraction.
• Apply safe waste disposal procedures and perform specialty cleaning.
• Use cleaning solutions and equipment as required.

Northwest Success is now hiring a full-time floor care technicians.

Beaverton Hillsboro area.

Monday - Friday 5 pm - 1:30am

Paid every Friday, $21/hr.

Responsibilities

• Strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces
• Operate high speed floor burnishers, rotary scrubbers
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment
• Hot water extraction
• Apply safe waste disposal procedures
• Specialty cleaning
• Ability to use cleaning solutions and equipment

Qualifications

• Carpet cleaning: 1 year ( Preferred )
• Floor care: 1 year ( Preferred )
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience as a floor care tech a must and have hands on experience with autoscrubber, slow and high buffers.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to effectively carry out all the essential job duties.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
