Job summary

Federal Maintenance Hawaii, Inc. in Honolulu seeks a reliable Floor Care Technician to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will scrub, strip, wax and buff floors, shampoo carpets, and report maintenance needs as part of a collaborative team.

Shift is 2:30pm–7:00pm, Monday–Friday with some weekends, 20–25 hours weekly; we offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, while maintaining a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver license to load and offload supplies (company vehicle is used for this)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Must be able to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• The ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Shift Availability:

2:30pm-7:00pm

Monday-Friday (sometimes weekend)

20-25hrs weekly
