Join our team as a dedicated Janitorial Specialist, where you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our facilities remain spotless and welcoming for all who use them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across all designated areas.
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and high‑touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries, informing management of inventory needs.
• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate any challenges encountered during the shift.

Qualifications:

• Must have a driver license to load and offload supplies (company vehicle is used for this).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Must be able to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• The ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Shift Availability:

6:30am-12:00pm

Monday-Friday

20-25hrs weekly
