Sizemore, Inc. is hiring dependable Floor Care Technicians to support Carlson's Minnesota Grocery Region with multiple site locations. This hands-on role requires early morning shifts, reliability, and the ability to work independently while meeting customer expectations.

No prior experience is required as Carlson offers paid training and bilingual onboarding. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and growth opportunities across locations in the region.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in floor care/janitorial preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn professional floor care equipment and procedures.
• Dependable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Spanish-speaking bilingual onboarding available.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, burnish, and maintain hard-surface flooring.
• Vacuum, shampoo, spot-clean, and extract carpeted areas.
• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other equipment safely.
• Clean restrooms, offices, breakrooms, entrances, and other areas.
• Remove trash and maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Follow daily task lists and complete assignments on time.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues or shortages.
• Work independently and with team members to meet customer expectations.
