Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time on-site role at Texas Health Rockwall in Rockwall, TX. The position covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment, with shifts including every other weekend evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures on hard floors (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
