Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Floor Technician in Little Rock, AR. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with hours and days varying. Prior floor care experience is preferred, and knowledge of floor care equipment is required. Fixed pay rate is $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Cleans large floor areas with automated equipment.
• Performs carpet/upholstery care including shampooing and extractions.
• Performs maintenance/restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
