Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to maintain and restore hard-surface floors. The role requires operating industrial floor care equipment and following safety procedures.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road. Pay: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, with online applications accepted only.

Two years of floor care experience preferred; opportunities to contribute to a caring, service-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior floor care experience required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures (stripping, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and extractions.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
