Sizemore, Inc. seeks a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard floors and carpets across client sites. You will strip, wax, buff, shampoo, extract, and bonnet floors, delivering top-notch cleaning services with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include operating floor care equipment safely, reporting issues, and coordinating with Building Maintenance staff. The role offers steady 6:00 AM–11:00 AM shifts, 35 hours weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care on concrete, tile and carpet surfaces.
• Operate floor care machines and cleaning products safely.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report equipment issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate any hazards.
• Assist with periodic floor stripping as needed.
