Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at multiple commercial sites. You will operate floor care equipment, apply wax after training, and uphold our core values of reliability and safety.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work independently or in a team. The role requires night or early morning shifts and offers competitive benefits and a direct-hire path.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple instructions.
• Ability to engage in respectful communications with coworkers, customers and store personnel.

Responsabilités

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Provides other cleaning services like dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines safely according to manufacturer instructions.
• Follows safety requirements and reports time worked accurately.
• Reports injuries, equipment issues, and store damage to supervisor promptly.
