Sodexo is hiring a Floor Technician for UTMB Health Mainland Regional. The role focuses on high-quality floor and carpet care to maintain a safe, clean environment. On-call part-time shifts include mornings, with duties spanning sweeping, mopping, buffing, and light maintenance.

Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• Attend shifts on time and adhere to schedule.
