Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Floor Technician in a hospital setting. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitation to create a safe environment. You will operate floor care equipment and maintain multiple surfaces, contributing to a clean, healthy facility.

The position requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to shift schedules. Prior experience with floor care is preferred, with benefits and ongoing training offered. This is a full-time, on-site role at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
