Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and carpet care preferred.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refine hard-surface floors with heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted surfaces.
• May clean furniture and dispose of waste; maintain baseboards and molding.
• Assist in training other employees and adhere to schedule.
