Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous floor care experience including stripping and finishing.
• Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or commercial facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floor surfaces through cleaning, polishing, and refinishing.
• Clean and maintain carpets with commercial equipment.
• Safely operate floor care equipment per procedures.
• Inspect floors and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Restock supplies and assist inventory management.
• Follow infection prevention and safety guidelines.
