Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Akron, OH. You will perform comprehensive floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet maintenance, to keep client sites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floor surfaces including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Perform carpet maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Operate floor care machines safely following manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety procedures at all times and report injuries.
• Support and coach junior technicians as needed.
