Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in floor maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment safely.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors using appropriate machines and cleaning agents.
• Apply floor finishes, sealants, and coatings to protect and enhance floor surfaces.
• Inspect floors for damage or wear and recommend repair or restoration as needed.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and polishers safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding floor conditions and maintenance schedules.
