Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Six months of floor stripping and waxing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor services and custodial duties as requested.
• Operate and maintain floor and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning records and report needs.
