Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle hard floor care, including routine mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provide carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extraction.
• Perform dusting and restroom and other area cleaning; follow safety rules.
• Operate all floor care machines safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety requirements and report equipment problems or shortages.
• Guidance on floor care procedures to less-experienced technicians as needed.
• Assist with other duties periodically, including floor stripping.
