• Floor technician experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and change behavior.
• Work irregular hours.
• Travel - rarely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in floor/carpet care of commercial properties.
• Follow company mission and values to achieve efficient carpet/floor care.
• Maintain timesheets per job site and document maintenance issues.
• Dust mop/sweep, buff, scrub, lay wax, strip wax, and shampoo carpets as needed.
