Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of floor care experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience cleaning surfaces such as carpet, tile, vinyl, and hardwood.
• Skilled in operating floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, vacuums).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of floor care technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Oversee floor maintenance activities (waxing, stripping, buffing, cleaning) across various surfaces.
• Conduct regular inspections and address issues promptly to maintain spotless results.
